We are pleased to announce the arrival of our brand new and improved Landmark Trading website. Our aim was to create a more positive shopping experience by adding new features, improved functionality, and an updated look and feel.  We’re certain you’ll love the enhanced experience! 

You only need to have glanced at our home page to have noticed the dramatically improved visuals and modern feel. We’ve opted for larger, more visually pleasing banners, a prominent gallery featuring new products (be sure to check this out regularly), a brands carousel, featured products and more.

We’ve retained our easy-to-use navigation along the top, with sub menus, for a one click dive directly into the product range you want.

  • Product filters – we’ve introduced product filters to many categories allowing you to filter by brand, price, type and more. We’ll be adding more of these as time goes on to make it easier and faster to find what you want.

  • Highly mobile friendly – with the ongoing shift to mobile traffic, we’ve put a lot of time and focus into making mobile shopping more sleek, fast, and user friendly.

  • Products – better individual product display showing stock status, brand, product options, image, videos (many more to be uploaded over the coming weeks – keep your eyes peeled!), resulting in a very clear, clean, and aesthetically pleasing product showcase.

  • Shopping cart – this has been improved to make the buying process more intuitive.

  • Banners – bigger, better and more contemporary.

  • Social media links – leading to our regularly updated social media pages. Join us!
  • Blog – we frequently post blogs to keep customers updated on new products, industry news, product comparisons and reviews, as well any other noteworthy material that may be of interest.

  • Updated FAQ page – according to a recent study, many customers prefer to have the ability to solve product or service issues on their own, without the need to contact a customer service agent. The FAQ section has been updated and enlarge with this in mind, but as ever, we have helpful and friendly customer service staff always willing to take a call if we can help.

  • Trustpilot reviews – we’re out there on Trustpilot and looking to build up our review bank. Please feel free to leave us a review.

  • Product reviews – we have much improved product review functionality which we intend to put to good use, so we’re forward to a wealth of feedback flowing in from our customer community!

  • Blog – we frequently post blogs to keep customers updated on new products, industry news, product comparisons and reviews, as well any other noteworthy material that may be of interest.

CHAIN AND BAR FINDER – In the ‘chainsaw equipment’ option in the main navigation menu, if you select ‘Chainsaw Chains’ or ‘Chainsaw Bars’ you’ll find our fast, accurate wizard which will help to quickly find the correct bar or chain. Not got all the data? No worries! You can fill in as many or as few of the filter options as you wish. The more data you enter, the more refined the selection becomes.

REQUEST QUOTE – In need of a quote? Be it for raising a purchase order, or to check pricing on a large order, simply add all the required products to your basket and go to the Basket page, and hit ‘Request quote’. Our team will be onto it in no time.

CREDIT APPLICATION FORM – You can now download an application form online for speed and ease. Go to the ‘Help’ section at the bottom of the page and click Credit Application Form.  Simply download, complete and email back to us.   

CATALOGUE REQUEST FORM – This is also located in the ‘Help’ section at the bottom of the page. There you can select the option Request Catalogue where you can complete and submit an online form and receive your free Landmark Trading catalogue.

LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION – We now have an online option for local collection. You’ll see the option ‘Local pickup’ in the checkout, along with the other delivery options.

FILTERS – As mentioned earlier in this blog we now offer a filter function on many products, which refines your specific requirements making it quick to home in on products you want to look at. For example, filtering chainsaw trousers by type A or type C, or filtering helmets by colour, or by brand. Adding to and refining these is an ongoing work, and suggestions are welcomed – let us know your thoughts if there’s other types of categorisation you’d like to see!

BROADER SEARCH RESULTS – When conducting a search, the site will now not only just look for products but also related product categories or blog articles. This broadens your options and gives richer results.

We’ll be constantly adding, updating and developing this new site, so keep an eye on what’s happening! Its been a very fulfilling journey so far and we’re set to enjoy the journey as new features continue to take shape.
